Remember you must register in advance and take note of the deadlines. Also, keep in mind there are fees for the Guest Lectures and that they are given in Japanese, too. (There will be guest lectures with top names regarding the Eigo Noto so look into the link below for more info.)
But also remember not everything will cost you money. The good news is (I'm assuming, so check the link again) is that there will be free presentations from ELT publishers. By the way, if you see me there I'll be the one wearing really dark sunglasses. So, don't try to copy my look.
